CEMB ER65 Automatic Wheel Balancer with Monitor

The ErgoFast line of balancers was created to guarantee the operator the best working conditions. Each tool in its place, maximum accessibility inside the circle, accessories within easy reach and a touch panel are just some of the advantages designed for our users. The automatic caliper allows the electronic acquisition of distance and diameter (up to 28″) with consequent activation of the desired balancing program (peg or adhesive counterweights). The correct positioning of the counterweights can be indicated in three different ways: with the precision of the repeater, with the speed of the laser or the conventional 12 o'clock. At the end of the measurement launch, the automatic approach system allows the wheel to stop around 15° from the point of application of the balancing weight, allowing the operator to position it correctly with minimal movement.
